Terms and Conditions
Welcome to MidSouth Motorcycle Training. By using our services or enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms:
Course Enrollment
- Participants must complete the 5-hour online classroom session before attending the two-day riding range training at 833 Bypass Rd, Winchester, TN.
- Full attendance is required for course completion and graduation benefits, including DMV test waivers and an MSF Completion Card.
Payments and Refunds
- Course fees must be paid in full before the start date.
- Refund requests must be made 48 hours prior to the course. Administrative fees may apply.
- Canceled courses will be refunded or rescheduled at no cost.
Participant Responsibilities
- Follow all safety guidelines; failure to comply may result in removal without a refund.
- Verify state acceptance of Tennessee DMV waivers outside Alabama.
- Confirm insurance discount eligibility with your provider.
Liability
- MidSouth Motorcycle Training is not responsible for DMV or insurance acceptance of documents.
- Motorcycle training involves inherent risks; participants assume these risks.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
