CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: No refunds will be made, but you will be allowed three reschedules to a future class with no fee, up to one year from the date of original class. In case of inclement weather, the riding portion is finished at the first available opportunity. PLEASE LET US KNOW 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS, OTHERWISE A $50 RESCHEDULE FEE WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU RESCHEDULE TO A FUTURE CLASS.

Students who are unable to meet the minimum physical requirements in the opinion of the Rider Coach(es), or the students whose behavior pose a hazard to themselves and/or others, will be asked to discontinue the riding portion of the class, with NO REFUND GIVEN. They may stay to observe the remainder of the class but will not be certified for completion.
